General Policy
All payments made towards internship programs, courses, or training services on SkillElevare are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed. Users are encouraged to review all program details carefully before making a payment.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments due to technical errors, payment failures where the amount was deducted but not received, or program cancellations initiated by SkillElevare or SpriteEra IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases where the user has accessed or started the course content, voluntarily withdrawn from a program or internship, failed to meet eligibility criteria, violated platform rules, or experienced dissatisfaction due to misunderstanding program details (as all information is clearly provided before payment).
Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation before program commencement. Cancellations made after a program has started will not be eligible for any refund. SkillElevare reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case eligible users may receive a full or partial refund.
